CHARLIE OSCAR
The Digital Growth Consultancy - Transforming growth through Data, Technology & Creativity.
At Charlie Oscar, our mission is to transform growth for the brands of tomorrow through the use of data, technology and creativity. How do we transform growth? It all starts in understanding what advertising activation actually performs - Our proprietary marketing science tool COmpass gives clients that very insight. We can then provide the best strategy and execution across all digital channels including paid media, influencer CRM & CRO.
An emerging, independently owned company, we boast a team of seasoned founders, industry leaders and highly talented digital marketers with experience working across Apple, Meta, Disney, L’oreal and more. At Charlie Oscar we are pioneers and innovators, striving to redefine digital marketing standards with our cutting-edge tools and services.
We are a growing team of curious, ambitious and personable individuals who are all passionate about digital marketing and brand growth. We believe in work-life balance and prioritise team well-being. We work hard but also make time to bond as a team, have some fun and socialise. We do quarterly social events and an annual company trip away to recharge and spend quality time together.
